What is an auction?
A timed online auction is the process of buying a property by through bids.
Each property will be listed with a Guide Price but the property will need to hit the reserve price in order to sell. The reserve price is kept confidential.

When the Auction ends
Once the auction has ended and if you are the successful purchaser, the auction fees will be paid and the contracts exchanged immediately. The sale will complete in approximately 28 days.
